	Philip Arthur General Manager - Pyrometallurgy	Philip is a metallurgist with over 25 years experience working in smelters around the world. He has been a key player in the development of new processes and their commercial application in the lead industry, iron and steel industry and aluminium industry prior to working with ISASMELT™. He manages the pyrometallurgy business at Xstrata Technology, including marketing and ongoing development of the ISASMELT™ process.
	Mike Bonislowski General Manager - Engineering	Mike Bonislowski is a mechanical engineer by training and has more than 25 years experience in delivery of smelter projects. Mike is responsible for co-ordinating all engineering resources and projects at XT.
	Dr. Bill Errington Executive Metallurgist	Dr. Bill Errington has been involved in development of the ISASMELT™ process for over 25 years. He is responsible for all process engineering aspects of ISASMELT™ design as well as driving research and development projects.
	Andrew Murray Project Manager	Andrew Murray is an electrical engineer by training, who has been involved in project management on smelter sites for over 25 years. He is responsible for delivering projects on schedule and on budget for Xstrata Technology clients.
	Phil Partington Project Manager	Phil Partington is a metallurgist by training with over 20 years experience working in operations and project roles in the lead/zinc, copper and aluminium smelting industries. He is responsible for delivery of projects on time and on budget for Xstrata Technology clients.
	Dr. Gerardo Alvear Principal Metallurgist	Gerardo Alvear is a metallurgist by training with a strong background in the copper industry in Chile and Japan. He has been involved in many process developments over the past 20 years including continuous copper converting. At Xstrata Technology he is responsible for delivery of technical solutions to Latin American clients and on-going development of the ISASMELT™ process.
	Dr. Martin Bakker Principal Metallurgist	Martin Bakker is a metallurgical engineer who has been involved in the development of ISASMELT™ since the early 1990s at Mount Isa. He held a variety of operational roles there and in the United Kingdom before joining Xstrata Technology. He is responsible for process engineering, technical development and marketing of the ISASMELT™ process.
	Bill Boucher Senior Mechanical Engineer	Bill Boucher has been involved in the design of ISASMELT™ plants for over 25 years. He uses his experience, gained from working in smelters for more than 35 years, to ensure that clients and engineering contractors receive ISASMELT™ designs of the highest possible quality.
	Shawn Hinsberger Senior Mechanical Engineer	Shawn is a mechanical engineer with more than 15 years background in the design and manufacture of specialised equipment for the metallurgical industry in Canada and worldwide. He is responsible for leading the mechanical design of ISASMELT™ plants.
	Alistair Burrows Development Manager	Alistair Burrows is a metallurgical engineer by training and worked in various roles in the Mount Isa Mines copper and lead smelters prior to joining Xstrata Technology. He is responsible for development of improved designs for ISASMELT™ plants.
	James Edwards Principal Metallurgist	James Edwards has been involved in the development of the ISASMELT™ process for over 20 years. He is responsible for detailed furnace design and in particular, maximising furnace integrity as well as developing the process for new applications.
	Mark Prince Technical Superintendent	Mark Prince has over 20 years experience with copper smelting and has worked on a variety of ISASMELT™ plants since the 1980’s. He is responsible for designing and carrying out ISASMELT™ training programs for client staff at the Mount Isa copper smelter and for commissioning of ISASMELT™ plants around the world.
